AI-QUARIUM 2025
AI-QUARIUM is an artificial organism in perpetual transformation. Hand-cast in epoxy resin, the work takes the shape of a television set that functions as both sculptural object and living display.
Expanding on the research developed in AI-SHELLS, the installation brings together moving image and sculpture, blurring the distinction between material presence and digital simulation. The screen becomes a site of emergence where artificial organisms continuously evolve, suspended between biological imagination and technological fabrication.
Echoing the architecture of an aquarium, the work hosts a virtual ecosystem inhabited by uncanny zoomorphic and plant-like shells from a near geological future.
