Raised in Italy before coming to London to attend the London College of Communication and Central Saint Martin College, Emma recently graduated from (BA) Honors Design and Art Direction from LCC and she is now based in Milano.
She is a multidisciplinary artist and storyteller experimenting with dance, photography, film, performance, and music.
Her works focus on the dystopian inner reality of the psyche in a generation characterized by disenchanted individuals.
The visual stories relay childhood innocence and playfulness juxtaposed against melancholic visions and theatricality. She tends to involve performance as a vessel to convey themes in a more expressive and heightened manner. While creating a space for performing she reaches the essence of her subjects and reveals the invisible language of their bodies
